Choices Insurance loves supporting our local community! For every referral you send us, you‘ll receive a Starbucks gift card and you'll also be entered to win $50 in our monthly drawing.
Each month, we host a monthly drawing for a $50 check for the winner and $50 donated to their charity of choice. If someone does not have a favorite charity we will donate the money to First Image or St. Jude's Hospital at your request. If you want to give the full ($100.00) as a donation to help a charity, that is also available. Any donations sent to a charity will be sent with a certificate showing the name of the individual that directed this contribution.
